South Cove is one of the ten neighbourhoods that make up South Lake Sammamish, on the south-west end of the lake, and it has been part of Issaquah since the 2006 annexation. Water kept pooling under the crisper drawers and freezing into a thin sheet. A plugged drain tube plus a split pan — and the pan had to be ordered, so it ran to two visits. Dry since.
Two other companies wanted to replace the whole ice maker. This one changed the inlet valve, showed us the fill volume before and after, and it has produced proper cubes every day since.
Ice cream went soft in the lower drawers while the display insisted all was well. A probe put the compartment nearer fifteen degrees than zero. The evaporator fan motor was dragging. Hard by morning.
